Another relaxing day. For lunch I made mussel sandwiches on buns with something like a remoulade sauce made of mayo, mustard, onion, and leftover sauce from the mussels. Somewhat an unorthodox sandwich but it was good and a way to use leftovers.
Worked on some cards today. Late afternoon spent at the beach.
We had a great dinner tonight...made up for the bad one last week. Al grilled a great steak served with baked potatoes... baked the traditional way.....and great salad. Hot rolls completed the dinner with wine.
