Another cool day...some rain.... spent inside reading, carding, surfing computer, and blogging. I served a warm lunch of sausage/chicken gumbo (can) with cheese quesadillas that I made. Not much to write about when we do nothing.
I did cook dinner tonight using the leftover beef from last night to stir up a beef stroganoff that we served over noodles with a tossed green salad.
Renee stopped by to ask us to go out on the boat on Sunday but that is iffy with the weather. I declined but Al will probably go. He wants to show Al the white pelicans' rookery on one of the nearby spots.
