Day 11 Captiva

We exchanged Valentines as we had coffee early this am.  I took an early walk on the beach---usual scene----not many birds and I was only one on beach.  We enjoyed brunch of poached eggs, bagels, and fresh strawberries.  Spent quiet morning and afternoon at pool reading and relaxing.  Did a quick walk on the beach at 4pm.

Flowers for Valentine's Day

For our special Valentine dinner,  Al grilled beef tenderloins and scallops....our version of surf and turf.   Served with sautéed  mushrooms and green salad.  Enjoyed David Bruce wine  and dessert of Tiramisu from Bailey's Bakery.  We had a nice Valentine's Day.....exchanged many cards during the day.
