Al was up early this morning but I slept a bit later getting up around 8:00. It's a beautiful day...so warm and sunny. We are both recovering from the long drive and plan to take a day of rest today. We enjoyed coffee and biscotti on the screen porch along with the warm temperatures. Later, I served egg salad sandwiches with chips. We did not stray too far from the porch today, just rested and relaxed enjoyed being away from freezing weather.
I was too lazy or tired to cook or go out for dinner so Al drove over to the nearby Lazy Flamingo for a carryout dinner of mesquite grilled grouper served with Caesar salad, French fries, and garlic bread. Enjoyed this with glasses of wine on the front porch.
Maybe I will have more to blog tomorrow. This is all for today!
